GEORGE STROMPOLOS is the CEO and Co-Founder of Promise, a new studio built to push the boundaries of storytelling with the transformative power of Generative AI. He is also a pioneering entrepreneur and angel investor, known for his groundbreaking contributions to the creator economy and empowering artists around the world.
In 2007, George co-created the YouTube Partner Program, which remains the world’s largest platform for creator monetization.

In 2011, he founded Fullscreen – a media/tech company that helped creators build global audiences and advance their careers. Under his leadership, Fullscreen became a major force in the creator economy and was acquired in 2018 for $845M by AT&T / WarnerMedia.

George is an inventor on multiple patents including Google’s patent for the monetization of user-generated content and Fullscreen’s patent for technology to match creators with brand sponsors.

His story has been featured in numerous books including Extremely Online and Like, Comment, Subscribe.
George is an active angel investor, whose portfolio includes Flexport, Liquid Death, Mr. Beast’s Feastables, Moonpay, Oxide Computer, Giggster, RedCircle, CreatorNow, CashDrop, and Angel City FC.

He oversees the Strompolos Family Foundation with his wife Kristin, serves on the board of KCRW, and is a proud father to Penelope and Dean.
