CAROLYN STRAUSS is an American television producer. Most recently, she is an executive producer on the HBO series THE LAST OF US and SOMEBODY SOMEWHERE. Past work includes GAME OF THRONES and CHERNOBYL, among other HBO programs.

Before being an independent television producer, Carolyn spent 22 years at HBO, starting as a temp in 1986 and leaving as President of Entertainment in 2008. While there, she developed and oversaw the production of numerous series and specials, including THE SPORANOS, DEADWOOD, SIX FEET UNDER, THE WIRE, CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM, and SEX & THE CITY.
