JENNIFER HOWELL has built a distinguished career across film, television, and technology, holding major creative leadership roles throughout the entertainment industry over several decades.

Currently, she serves as Chief Creative Officer at Deep Voodoo, the innovative studio co-founded by Matt Stone and Trey Parker. In this role, she guides creative direction for projects that combine storytelling with advanced deepfake and machine learning technologies, helping creators explore new forms of digital media and expand artistic possibilities.

Before joining Deep Voodoo, Howell was Head of Feature Film Development at DreamWorks Animation, where she oversaw an extensive slate of projects and helped develop major films like How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World, The Boss Baby, The Wild Robot and Trolls.

Earlier, she held leadership roles at Paramount Television and 20th Century Fox Television. At Fox, she launched the animation department, working on iconic shows such as The Simpsons, Family Guy, and Bob’s Burgers, while also supporting emerging creative talent.

Howell began her career as a Supervising Producer on South Park, contributing to its success and related projects like Team America. Her career highlights deep expertise in storytelling, development, innovation, and creative leadership across mediums.
