A twenty-year veteran of Thunder Road, ERICA LEE started as the assistant to Chairman Basil Iwanyk. Now President of Production and Partner, she has produced some of the company’s most successful films including all four installments of the John Wick franchise, Taylor Sheridan’s chilling Wind River, the critically acclaimed Sicario. She is dedicated to empowering female creatives in the heavily male dominated space of the action/ thriller genre.

Erica has also shepherded development on such titles as A Star is Born, We Are Marshall, Brooklyn’s Finest, The Town. She executive produced Oscar-nominee Matthew Heineman’s gripping narrative debut, A Private War, starring Rosamund Pike and Joel Kinnaman, Alfonso Gomez-Rejon’s The Current War, starring Benedict Cumberbatch, and Ric Waugh’s Greenland starring Gerald Butler.

Her most recent titles include the first Wick world Feature spinoff, Ballerina, starring Ana De Armas, Bryan Fuller’s Dust Bunny. Erica is in post-production on Jeff Wadlow’s The Devil’s Mouth starring Kathryn Newton and Lana Condor, Marc Webb’s Day Drinker, starring Johnny Depp and Madeline Cline, Elegance Bratton’s By Any Means starring Mark Wahlberg and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II and Roshan Sethi’s The Surgeon starring Michelle Yeoh and Martin Freeman. She is currently in prep and production on five films this quarter.
