Thomas J. Adamek is President of Stonehenge Capital Company, LLC and is responsible for its fund management and business development activities. Stonehenge Capital Company is a specialty finance company that focuses on asset management, structured tax credit products and community development banking.
With respect to entertainment finance, Stonehenge is the leading firm in monetizing domestic tax incentives, having financed over $2 billion in production over the last five years. In addition, Mr. Adamek is a principal in Aramid Capital Partners, a firm co-founded by Stonehenge, Screen Capital International and Future Capital Partners. Aramid Entertainment Fund has approximately $250 million of entertainment assets under management.
Prior to co-founding Stonehenge, Mr. Adamek was with Bank One Corporation (now JP Morgan Chase) and its affiliates from 1984 to 1999, where he was most recently a Managing Director of Banc One Capital Markets, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary focused on venture capital, investment banking and capital markets activities. He has over 27 years experience in the areas of venture capital investing, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate finance activities and has served on the board of directors of several Stonehenge portfolio companies. Mr. Adamek received his B.S. in Finance from Louisiana State University.
