On both Saturday and Sunday, the Produced By Conference is proud to offer a variety of interactive, informative workshops open to any registrants who wish to attend (open seating on a first-come basis). Workshops are presented by leading entertainment companies in conjunction with experienced PGA member-producers, providing a strong practical knowledge base from which producers can refine their skills. These workshops will cover a broad spectrum of practical skills and areas of concentration, including budgeting, distribution and post-production.

A new feature of our Conference this year is its series of ProLAW waystations—a series of small venues set up throughout the Conference space, to be staffed by a variety of experienced entertainment lawyers. Drawn from the firms of Greenberg, Traurig LLP, The Point Media, and Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton, the attorneys joining us for this special program showcase a variety of specialties and areas of expertise, from contracts, to copyright and clearance, to legal partnerships, to wage and hour regulations and everything in between. If you see that there's a "resident expert" in an area that you have a question about, we encourage you to go up and introduce yourself.

The Conference seeks to secure agreements from each speaker prior to announcing the speaker’s commitment to appear at the 2010 Produced By Conference. Unfortunately, one or more speakers may be unable to appear or may not arrive at their scheduled time for any number of reasons. The Conference cannot be responsible if a speaker does not appear as scheduled. Additionally, 2010 Produced By Conference sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled at any time; and the Conference retains the right to change the content of any session at any time.
