Nick started out as an actor, having studied at the prestigious American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York and later with Sandy Meisner. He performed in regional theatres throughout the U.S., and in New York he performed and directed off-Broadway. When he moved to Los Angeles he directed multiple episodes on the daytime drama Santa Barbara and the CBS TV sitcom WKRP in Cincinnati. He has since been working as line producer/UPM on numerous feature films, independent and studio productions. He has just completed two seasons of Party Down, the TV comedy series which airs on Starz cable network.
