Kimberly started her career in New York in production at VH1, working on special events like Tickets First Live, VH1 Honors Peter Gabriel, an Emmy-winning World AIDS Day special, Grammy’s pre and post shows, weekly news packages, interviews and performances. She then moved to Lifetime, working on the production team for The Wire, a magazine-style information show for young women. She next moved to Tim Miller Entertainment, producing pilots, on-air promos and launch campaigns for clients like the Metro Channel, Hearst Entertainment and Discovery Networks. She also produced specials for the Council of Fashion Designers of America and The Mysterious, Wonderful World of the Mind for the PAX Network.
Kimberly then moved out to Los Angeles and shifted into development at Brillstein-Grey Entertainment where she worked in the scripted television department on development for network dramas and comedies as well as series and feature projects for HBO. After 4 years, she moved to Universal Television, working in development and programming for first-run syndication, primetime reality and cable. She cast and piloted 2 shows for syndication and oversaw the syndicated launch of Home Delivery out of New York. She also oversaw the production of Super Agent for Spike TV. After Universal’s merger with NBC, Kimberly oversaw the pilot and launch for The Megan Mullally Show, 2 seasons of Deal or No Deal in syndication and numerous projects in development for cable.
